Conference timeline notes and hall maps arranged for an attendance reporting briefing

Engagement flow

A practical sequence for organizers commissioning attendance reporting around a live conference.

  1. Briefing call

We map sessions, halls, and the questions your board or sponsors will ask. You leave with a short intake checklist for registration and badge exports.

  2. Pre-event alignment

Capacity sheets are confirmed against the floor plan you will actually use. Doorways that matter for scanning are named so stewards know where notes help later.

  3. Live-event support (optional)

On request we review a mid-event export for obvious reader gaps while staff are still on site. We do not run crowd control or badge hardware.

  4. Draft charts

Within five business days after closing sessions, you receive draft fill-rate charts, daily tables, and a written summary with known data limits marked.

  5. Final pack

After one revision round, we deliver the organizer pack and, if commissioned, the executive briefing pages for sponsor debriefs.
