Pages on this site describe attendance reporting and related analytical briefings for conference organizers. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope, timeline, and fee appear only in a written estimate or engagement letter accepted by both parties.

Accounts and site use

You may browse without creating an account. You agree not to misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access to systems hosting this site, or submit unlawful content.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding remain the property of Synaplatticepoint Co., Ltd. Deliverables produced under an engagement belong to the client upon full payment unless the engagement letter states otherwise. We may retain anonymized methodological notes for internal practice improvement.

Liability

Attendance figures depend on registration and scan data you supply. We are not liable for decisions made solely on incomplete source files, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, unless a signed engagement letter specifies another venue.
